General formula of copper sulfate is Cu + H2SO4 + H2O -> CuSO4(H2O)x . All consumption value is calculated for
discontinued process. ( Continues process will reduce consumption )
Estimated consumption value for 1000 Kg of copper sulfate :
- 255 Kg Copper ( %99,5 purity copper scrap )
- 394 Kg Sulfiric Acid (H2SO4 )
- 290 Kg Water
- 176 Kw electricty ( Air compressor consumption added )
- H202+HNO3 For reducing the system.
All values calculated for average 3 ton/day production of production line ( 3 shift for day )
